1. Approve regulations "Monitoring of radio frequencies of broadcasting and assessment of technical parameters of radiation of stations of radio communication of non-governmental use" it (is applied).
2. To provide to service of technical regulation and standardization publication of the order on approval of regulations "Monitoring of radio frequencies of broadcasting and assessment of technical parameters of radiation of stations of radio communication of non-governmental use" in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and to place this order on the official web page of the Ministry of information technologies and communication.
3. Provide to the state company "National Radio-frequency Center" use of provisions of these regulations in the activities.
4. Repeal the order of the Ministry of information development on approval of regulations "Monitoring of radio frequencies of broadcasting and assessment of technical parameters of radiation of stations of radio communication of non-governmental use" No. 100 of October 31, 2008.
5. This technical regulation becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
