About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 4 with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"Operation of the legislation on the state regulatory policy and regulatory activities does not extend to regulatory legal acts and decisions made on the basis and in pursuance of requirements of this Code".

2. The thirteenth to state the paragraph to part four of Article 13 in the following edition:

3. In Article 29:

2) in part three:

add Item 5 with the words "and receipts from the address of pledge to the income of the state";

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13) receipts within aid programs of the European Union, the governments of foreign states, the international organizations, donor organizations".

4. To state Items 5 and 12 of part four of Article 30 in the following edition:

"5) ensuring implementation of legal proceedings and functioning of judicial bodies (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 5 parts three of article 29 of this Code)";

"12) program implementation of the help of the European Union, the governments of foreign states, the international organizations, donor organizations (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 13 parts three of article 29 of this Code)".
