Article 1. The paragraph third parts three of article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 1994 "About political parties" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1994, No. 30, Art. 509; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 120, 2/1132; 2011, 127, 2/1861) to state No. in the following edition:

Article 2. Bring in the Electoral code of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2000 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 25, 2/145; 2010, No. 5, 2/1649; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.11.2013, 2/2070) following changes:
1. In Item of 31 part one of Article 33 of the word "accounting servicing of the commissions" shall be replaced with words "conducting financial accounting and creation of the reporting in the commissions".
2. The ninth Article 48 to state part in the following edition:
"Direct or indirect participation in financing and other financial support of foreign states and the organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons, the international organizations, organizations are prohibited, founders (participants, owners of property) of which are foreign states, the foreign organizations, the international organizations, foreign citizens and stateless persons, by preparation and elections, referendum, response of the deputy, the member of council of the Republic.".
