Article 1. Bring in the Family code of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 1998 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1998, No. 22, Art. 303; 2006, No. 4, Art. 196; 2008, No. 3, Art. 201; 2010, No. 7, Art. 546; 2011, No. 3, Art. 177, No. 12, Art. 855; 2013, No. 3, Art. 195) following changes and amendments:

1. State Article 58 in the following edition:

"Article 58. Child's right to surname, name and middle name

1. The child has the right to surname, name and middle name.

2. The procedure for assignment and record of surname, name and middle name of the child is performed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status.".

2. Add Article 123 with part 4 following of content:

"4. The procedure for identification and accounting of children without parental support, is determined by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

3. In Article 126:

- add with part 4 following of content:

"4. The procedure for submission of the conclusion by guardianship and custody bodies and the list of data in it are determined by Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies.";

- consider part 4 part 5.

4. In Article 127:

- add with part 2 following of content:

"2. Provisions of paragraph one of part of 1 this Article are not applied to the stepfather and the stepmother.";

- consider part 2 part 3.

5. State Article 135 in following редакции:.

"Article 135. Change of birth date and the birthplace of the adopted child

1. For providing secrecy of adoption at the request of adoptive parents can be changed birth date and birth place of the adopted child.
