Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2006 "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178, No. 6, Art. 444; 2015, No. 3, Art. 220) following changes:

1. Regarding 1 Article 5 of the word "are legalized by consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "are legalized or apostalirovana according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan if the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan do not provide other".

2. In Article 15 of the word "legalizations if other is not established by international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "legalization or apostilization if the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan do not provide other".
