About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of acts of civil status"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2006 "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 4, Art. 201; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1017; 2009, No. 3, Art. 89; 2011, No. 3, Art. 178; No. 6, Art. 444; 2015, No. 3, Art. 220) following change and amendment:

1. To exclude from Article 49 of the word "at the place of residence adopted or at the place of residence of adoptive parents (adoptive father)".

2. Add Article 50 with part 3 following of content:

"3. If within one month after the introduction in legal force of the judgment about adoption of person, provided by part of 1 this Article do not file petition or the notice, then the body of civil registration in the place of decision of court makes state registration of adoption.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
