About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 5, 2009 "About self-government institutions of settlements and villages" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 7-8, of Art. 503; 2012, No. 4, Art. 277, No. 8, Art. 833) following changes and amendments:

1. To exclude parts 7 and 8 of Article 9.

2. Add the law with Article 9 (1) the following content:

"Article 9 (1). Acts of Jamia

1. The jamia within the powers accepts the resolution.

2. The resolutions of Jamia having obligatory nature go according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for check and state registration.

3. The procedure for official publication and enforcement of acts of Dzhamoat is determined by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Resolutions of Jamia are effective within settlements and villages and their accomplishment for physical persons and legal entities is obligatory.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
