Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 956 "About identification and declaring of safety of objects of the increased danger" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, Art. 1357; 2004, No. 10, Art. 617; 2011, No. 73, Art. 2746; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477, No. 82, the Art. 3041) and of February 11, 2015 No. 96 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning work" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 21, the Art. 584) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 956 and of February 11, 2015 No. 96

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 956:

"Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the resolution of the word to "Public service concerning work";

2) according to the procedure of identification and accounting of objects of the increased danger, approved by the specified resolution:

in paragraph one of Item 22 of the word "and copies of certificates on their state registration" to exclude;

to state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. The territorial authority of Gostrud not later than in ten working days after registration of object of the increased danger in writing reports to the subject of managing about inclusion of such object in the State register of objects of the increased danger.
