1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry on reorganization of the state company "Center of Quarantine, Recognition, Arbitral Examinations and Disinfection of Products" by merge (absorption) of the state company "state center of certification of seed material", the state company "Republican Center of Applied Soil Science" and the state company "Center of Standardization and Quality Test of Compound Feeds and Bakery Products" which will be legal successor of the absorbed companies, with change of the name of the absorbing company on "The state company "National Center for Check and Certification of Vegetable Products and Soil", Chisinau.
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:
a) carry out obligations of the founder of the State company "National Center for Check and Certification of Vegetable Products and Soil", Chisinau and to take measures for reorganization;
b) create in a month the commission on reorganization which will provide reorganization of the specified companies according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
