About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the excise tax"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the excise tax":

a) in line

number "300" to replace tables of Item 1 with number "250";

b) to exclude line from the table of Item 1

c) "products and" to add Item 3 after words with words "the imported diesel fuel and".

Article 2. To state the subitem "an" of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:

"a) alienation (realization) of the goods exported from the Republic of Armenia which are subject to excise tax liability if there is document established by the subitem "b" of Item 1 of article 9 of this Law".

Article 3. To add Item 2 of article 7 of the Code after the word "accounts" with words ", except as specified, provided by procedure for marking".

Article 4. To add Item 3 of article 8 of the Law with new part of the following content: "Calculation of the excise tax is represented also in the case provided in the subitem "an" of Item 5 of this Article".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2002.
