Article 1. Bring in part 16 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2004 "About the state fee" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 51; 2005, No. 12, Art. 630; 2006, No. 12, Art. 541; 2008, No. 6, Art. 460, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1000; 2009, No. 3, Art. 88; 2010, No. 1, Art. 8, Art. 10, No. 12, h 1, Art. 823; 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 999; 2013, No. 3, Art. 190; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 408) following change and amendment:

- in Item 8) to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with Item 9) of the following content:

"9) for putting down of apostille on official documents of 62,5 state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan % of indicator for calculations for each document from physical persons and 125% of indicator for calculations for each document from legal entities.".
