About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the excise tax"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the excise tax" of July 7, 2000 ZR-79:

Part 2 after words of "excise tax" to add 1) with words of "calculation and payment";

2) regarding 3 words "15 numbers" shall be replaced with words "the 20th inclusive", and the words "represent calculation of the excise tax for the form established by the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Armenia to the relevant territorial tax authorities" - the words "represents to the relevant tax authorities calculation of the excise tax for every quarter to the 20th inclusive following this quarter in the form established tax by body".

Article 2. In the Item "and" of part 2 of article 9 of the Law of the word of "accounting period" to replace with the word of "quarter".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
