About modification and amendments in resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 and of August 30, 2007 No. 128

Based on Item paragraph two 384, of paragraph two of part one of Item 403 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity", and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Instruction about procedure of payments of insurance value of products of the crops which are subject to compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and the bird approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2007 No. 127 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 301, 8/17581; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.06. 2013, 8/27616; 22:07. 2014, 8/28889):

1.1.1. third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
