About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 26, 1997

Article 1. "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" to add Item 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) the official conclusion of the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia concerning the draft of the government budget provided to the Government of the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. In Item 2 of article 17 of the Law:

a) state the subitem "d" in the following edition:

"e) property tax:

for the property which is in the administrative territory of community – in the amount of five percent,

for the property which is out of the administrative territory of community – in complete size".

b) state the subitem "e" in the following edition:

"e) land tax:

on the earth which is in the administrative territory of community - in the amount of five percent,

on the earth which is out of the administrative territory of community – in complete size,

for the earth of payers in the centralized procedure according to the procedure established by regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Republic of Armenia – in complete size".

Article 3. In Item 3 of article 17 of the Law:

a) to add the subitem "an" after the word of "expenses" with the words "and assignments";

b) in the subitem "v" of the word "rents" shall be replaced with words "the rents completely, and also the rents for lease and use of the lands of the state reserve which are in the administrative territory of community – in the amount of five percent";

c) after the subitem "zh" to add with the new subitem "z" of the following content:

"h) road duty".

In this regard to believe the subitem "z" of the same Item the subitem "i".

Article 4. In article 21 of the Law:
