About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" to add article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 14 of the following content:

"14. The items of expenditure of the government budget containing the state and official secrets in the opened type with the classification established by this Law are represented to National assembly in the separate closed envelope".

Article 2. To state Item 6 of article 23 of the Law in the following edition:

"6. The government, within 40 days after the termination of every quarter, provides in National assembly information on course of execution of the government budget, according to the budget classification established by this Law and structure of the Law on the government budget of this year".

Article 3. Article 25 of the Law after Item 2 to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. The items of expenditure of the annual statement of execution of the State Budget containing the state and official secrets in the opened type with the classification established by this Law are represented to National assembly in the separate closed envelope".

In this regard to believe Items 3 and 4 of Article respectively items 4 and 5.

Article 4. To state part one of item 4 of article 35 of the Law in the following edition:

"In case of non-confirmation of the annual statement of budget implementation of community, the Council of Elders of community, in the procedure established by the law can provide the offer on removal from position of the head of community. If the offer on removal from position of the head of community is not submitted, or the government after obtaining in the procedure for the offer on removal of the head of community from position established by the law, within one week does not make such decision, then the annual statement of budget implementation of community is considered approved".
