About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About electric communication"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 10, 2002 "About electric communication" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, h 2, Art. 323; 2006, No. 3, Art. 156; 2008, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 12, h 2, Art. 996; 2013, No. 12, Art. 891) following changes and amendments:

1. To add part one of Article 6 with paragraphs the fourth and fifth the following content:

"-approval of the Procedure and requirements to connection to network of electric communication and services, related;";

"-approval of the Procedure for rendering services and use of satellite communication;".

2. Add Article 9 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-exercises check and control of observance of connection to network of electric communication, use and rendering the related services and also use and rendering services of satellite communication and takes adequate measures on execution of the established requirements;".

3. The tenth parts one of Article 10 to exclude the paragraph.

4. To add part one of Article 20 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"-carry out re-registration of sim cards of users according to the procedure and according to the requirements established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;".

5. To add part one of Article 21 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"-re-register the sim cards at operators of services of electric communication according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;".
