About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (from June 24, 1997, to add with ZR-137) with Article 1.1 of the following content:

"Article 1.1. Law coverage

Operation of this Law extends to budgets of all levels of budget system of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In the title and part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the word "State and Communal" shall be replaced with words "State, compulsory social insurance and communal".

Article 3. In article 3 of the Law:

a) the Item "and" of part 1 after the words "government budget" to add with the words "budget of compulsory social insurance";

b) part 2 after the word "state" to add with words of "compulsory social insurance"

Article 4. In article 6 of the Law:

a) add part 3 with words "if the Law on the government budget of this year does not provide other";

b) regarding 4 words "in time, established by this Law" shall be replaced with words "in day of acceptance by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, according to requirements of part 1 of article 21 of this Law, the decision on the beginning of budget process of the forthcoming year".

Article 5. The first offer of the first paragraph and paragraph two of part 2 of article 10 of the Law after the words "from the government budget" to add with the words "and from budgets of communities".

Article 6. Regarding 3rd article 12 of the Law:

a) in the second offer of the second paragraph of the word of "the real estate which is considered as state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "real estate, not being the earth, considered as state-owned property";
