About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About industrial designs"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2004 "About industrial designs" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 48; 2012, No. 7, Art. 706) following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. In Article 1:

- to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 1. Basic concepts";

- add with part one of the following content:

"In this Law the following basic concepts are used:";

- word in paragraph four of "Patent authority concerning protection" shall be replaced with words "state body on protection".

3. The second Article 4 to state part in the following edition:

"As the patent agent there can be citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan who is constantly living in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan whose qualification level conforms to the established requirements.".

4. In Article 14 of the word "Register of Industrial Designs" shall be replaced with words "The state register of industrial designs of the Republic of Tajikistan".

5. In part six of Article 16 of the word "The state register" shall be replaced with words "The state register of industrial designs of the Republic of Tajikistan".

6. In Article 22:

- in part two to replace the word "transfer" with the word "yield";

- the seventh after the word "Patent" to add part with the words "on industrial design".
