Article 1. Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 16, 1999 "About fight against terrorism" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 11, Art. 275; 2005, No. 3, Art. 116; 2007, No. 5, Art. 355; 2008, No. 10, Art. 802; 2012, No. 8, Art. 816; 2013, No. 6, Art. 407; 2014, 11, the Art. 647, the Art. 648) to add No. with part three of the following content:

"According to the petition of the main subject who is directly fighting terrorism, services of electric communication and use of the related means in zone of carrying out counter-terrorist operation and also in all territory of the country or in its certain regions can be temporarily suspended.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
