1. to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 21. Religious practices, rituals and attributes";

2. state the third part in the following edition:

"The ceremonies and rituals relating to Islam are carried out only by citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic. The citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic who got religious education abroad have enough to carry out the ceremonies and rituals relating to Islam.";

3. add with the seventh part of the following content:

"It is forbidden to show religious slogans and other religious attributes (except for religious attributes which person carries in case of itself) out of temples, in public places. Religious flags can be placed only in the closed sites of temples, the religious centers and organizations.".
