About approval of the Code of gas-transport system
According to articles 4 and 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market", to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 715, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:
1. Approve the Code of gas-transport system which is attached.
2. To provide to the operator of gas-transport system:
representation for consideration of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, changes in the Code of gas-transport system regarding determination of procedure for holding auctions of distribution of capacity in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution;
placement on the website on the Internet of the current version of the Code of gas-transport system and the Standard agreement of transportation of natural gas within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution;
the appeal to the Central publishing bureau ENTSOG for receipt of gas-transport system by the Operator of the EIS-code (Energy Identification Code) as local publishing bureau for ensuring issue of EIS-codes to subjects of the gas market of Ukraine within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution;
