For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of provisions of part (3) article 14 of the Law on local public finance N 397-XV of October 16, 2003. The government DECIDES:
1. Establish the sizes of the non-interest or soft credits granted according to the current legislation and the corresponding regulations to persons specified in part (3) article 14 of the Law on local public finance N 397-XV of October 16, 2003, for the purpose of:
the organization of peasant farm - to 25 thousand lei.
2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 1065 of November 19, 1997. "About the sizes of the soft credits granted to separate categories of citizens" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, N 86-87, Art. 863).
