About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Item 2 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" (from June 24, 1997, to add ZR-137) after the words "administrative part" with words ", except for the subitem "v" of Item 2 of Article 28.1".

Article 2. To add Item 2 of part I of article 28.1 of the Law with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) for financing of the deficit (shortage) which is formed in the administrative budget in separate period of fiscal year, according to the offer of the Council of Elders, the decision and according to the procedure, the established by the government of the Republic of Armenia, temporarily available funds raised from the share budget of community on condition of return to the share budget in this budget year and, the total amount of these means cannot exceed 1/2 differences of the annual total amount approved through the income of administrative part of the budget of community of this year and total amount of actual receipts of the income of administrative part of the budget of community by provision on the 1st month of attraction of financial resources from share part".

Article 3. To add part II of Article 28.2 with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Assignments of temporarily available funds of the share budget for the purpose of financing of deficit (shortage) of the administrative budget".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
