About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About volunteer activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 19, 2013, "About volunteer activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, Art. No. 8-9, 652) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- paragraphs the first, the second, the fourth, sixth and seventh to state in the following edition:

"-volunteer activities - the activities performed in the work type and services by physical persons and legal entities in the field of improvement of social and economic and moral provision of the state and society according to the procedure established by this Law;

- the volunteer - the physical person which voluntarily, with the right of the free choice and is non-paid or compensation for expenses is direct or by means of the attracting organizations provides the time, work and skills for benefit of society;

- the volunteer certificate, the official document proving the volunteer's identity;

- the attracting organization - the non-commercial legal entity who involves physical persons for implementation of volunteer activities according to the procedure, established by this Law;

- complex of public measures - measures which are implemented for achievement of particular purposes for the good of society;";

- in paragraph eight after the word "sports" to add with the word "tourist".

2. In Article 3:

- in paragraph three the word "lives" shall be replaced with words "lives, development of volunteer activities";

- add with paragraphs the sixth and seventh the following content:

"-support of participation of the volunteer in the international programs and projects;
