About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. The last paragraph of part 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997 to declare ZR-137, invalid.
Article 2. To add article 21 of the Law with part 8.1 following of content:
"8.1. Currency receipts and releases of the draft of the government budget in dramovy expression are calculated, applying the average rate the drama of the Republic of Armenia in relation to the corresponding currency created in the foreign exchange market of the Republic of Armenia in the first day of month of submission of the draft of the government budget to National assembly and if it is impossible to make the mentioned calculation of currency receipts and exits using average rate the drama of this day in reasonable time, then the average rate the drama of the Republic of Armenia in relation to the corresponding currency created in the same market in the first day of the month preceding this month.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
