About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. From the last paragraph of Item 2 of part 1 of article 28.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997, ZR-137, (further - the Law) to withdraw the words "and council of Yerevan".
Article 2. In article 32 of the Law:
1) from part 8 to withdraw the words "in Yerevan-the mayor of Yerevan";
2) from part 9 to withdraw the words "in Yerevan-the mayor of Yerevan".
Article 3. In article 35 of the Law:
1) from part 1 to withdraw the words "in Yerevan-to the mayor of Yerevan";
2) from part 8 to withdraw the words "in Yerevan-to the mayor of Yerevan".
Article 4. This law becomes effective after official publication of the decision concerning election of members of council of elders of Yerevan by results of the first elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, next Monday.
