3-2) participations of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic in religious extremist activities, including distribution of religious doctrines because of religious strife or participation in armed conflict in foreign state under the guise of execution of religious practices, or attraction to this conflict of other person, or creation for this purpose stable group, and also passing by the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic of military preparation in foreign state under the guise of receipt of religious education;".
