Article 1. Part 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997 to state ZR-137, in the following edition:
"2. The trust funds of encouragement of workers and (or) development of system of the state authorized body, system of the state single inventory of real estate, the State Tax Service and the state customs authority, procedure for forming and which uses it is established by the law can be provided in expenses of the government budget separately. And, the directions of use of the amounts of the trust funds of encouragement and (or) development of system of the State Tax Service and the state customs authority corresponding to article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service", both Article 109 of the Customs Code of the Republic of Armenia and article 53 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Customs Service" are approved by the government of the Republic of Armenia, in the form of the preliminary estimate of annual expenses. In case of predusmatrivaniye in the government budget of means of the trust fund of encouragement of the state authorized body and system of the state single inventory of real estate are intended only for encouragement of staff of the state authorized body and system of the state single inventory of real estate and implementation of the payments of obligatory social security caused by it and stimuluses are used according to the procedure, established respectively by the head of the state authorized body and the head of system of the state single inventory of real estate.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
