Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997, ZR-137:
1) the part Item "in" 1, part 3 of Article 17 and the Item of part 2 of Article 38 to recognize invalid;
2) in the Item "g" of part 2 of Article 17 of the word "income tax" shall be replaced with words "tax on the income";
3) from part 2 of Article 18 to withdraw the words "and execution of the payments of obligatory social security caused by it".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
