About modification of the Regulations on Council of entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on Council of entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 13, 2008 No. 54 "About creation of Council of entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 13, Art. 326; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1318; 2010, No. 70, Art. 2512), following changes:

to state the subitem 4 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4) to coordinate activities of regional councils of entrepreneurs in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol, to interact with the consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches in the field of development of small and medium entrepreneurship formed by local government bodies;";

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The structure of Council affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from among persons recommended by the regional councils of entrepreneurs, All-Ukrainian public associations, the organizations of employers, the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city administrations, consultative, advisory and other facilitative branches in the field of development of small and medium entrepreneurship formed by the ministries, other central executive bodies and local government bodies.".
