Paragraph two of part 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" of June 24, 1997, ZR-137, (further - the Law), after the word "participation" to add with words "(except for the transactions performed till January 31, 2014 for the purpose of development of infrastructures of gas supply system of the sphere of natural gas)", and after the words "in the amount of 70 percent" - words "(in case of the transactions performed till January 31, 2014 for the purpose of development of infrastructures of gas supply system of the sphere of natural gas)".
Article 2. Subitem "v" of Item 2 parts "I. Through receipts" article 28.2 of the Law after the word "participations" to add with the words "from privatization (except for the transactions performed till January 31, 2014 for the purpose of development of infrastructures of gas supply system of the sphere of natural gas)".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
