About modification and amendments in the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002

In the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 18-19, 57), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article 22:

in part (the words "in three-months time from the date of entry into force of the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for the corresponding year." shall be replaced with words 1) "till March 31 of accounting year.";

add Article with part (3) the following content:

"(3) If till January 1 the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance is not adopted and the temporary budget of funds of compulsory medical insurance, discount for accounting year on the fee of compulsory medical insurance estimated in the form of fixed amount is applied are effective till March 31 of the corresponding accounting year, and the size of discounts and category of payers are established according to provisions of the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance on previous year.".

2. In part (1) Article 23 of the word "three months from the date of entry into force of the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for the corresponding year," shall be replaced with words "specified in part (1) Articles 22 terms".
