Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 28, 2006 "About other obligatory payments in the budget" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. Z; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191) following amendments:

1. To add part 2 of Article 4 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"-collection for putting down of apostille;"

2. Add with Chapter 8 (1) the following content:

"Chapter 8 (1). Collection for putting down of apostille

Article 29 (1). Regulations on collection of collection for putting down of apostille

1. For consideration of the application about putting down of apostille on official documents of state bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan collection is levied.

2. The amount, collection is estimated at the rates established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and paid before submission of the relevant documents for putting down of apostille.

3. The paid amount of collection is not subject to return.".
