About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with articles 78 and 79 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for collection of tax debt approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 121:

in paragraph three of figure "100 000" to replace with figures "1 000 000";

in paragraph four of figure and the word "100 000 som and more" shall be replaced with words also in figures "over 1 000 000 som";

- in Item 130 of figure "30" to replace with figures "10";

- in Item 131 figures and the words "3-day term" shall be replaced with words "current of three working days".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
