About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144
For the purpose of implementation of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of provisions and the Procedure on administration of taxes" of April 7, 2011 No. 144 the following change:
in Regulations on criteria and the procedure for determination of large taxpayers approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in paragraph four of Item of the 6th figure and the word "20, 0 million som and more;" shall be replaced with words also in figures "more 30, 0 million som;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
