About implementation of the investment project

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of renewable energy resources I decide:

1. Enable in 2016-2018 the realization of the investment Project "Implementation of Biogas Installations on Treatment Facilities of Minsk" (further - the investment project).

2. Determine:

2.1. the customer on designing, construction and equipment of biogas installations on treatment facilities of Minsk, the objects of engineering and transport infrastructure providing their functioning (further if other is not determined, - biogas installations, objects of engineering and transport infrastructure to them), utility unitary production enterprise "Minskvodokanal" (further - the customer);

2.2. general contract organization on designing, "turnkey" construction and equipment of biogas installations, objects of engineering and transport infrastructure to them with the cost of general contract works of 27 835 000 euros STRABAG Umwelttechnik GmbH (Federal Republic of Germany) (further - the prime contractor).

3. Determine that:

3.1. the general share of works (services) performed (rendered) by the organizations - residents of the Republic of Belarus, and goods of the Belarusian production in the cost of general contract works in case of implementation of the investment project shall constitute at least 60 percent;

3.2. in case of development of the project documentation the prime contractor has the right to use earlier realized construction projects of biogas installations, objects of engineering and transport infrastructure to them with binding to the taken-away parcels of land;

3.3. in case of development of the project documentation on construction of biogas installations, objects of engineering and transport infrastructure application of the construction regulations and rules similar acting in the European Union, with conducting state examinations and with adaptation of this project documentation to the construction regulations and rules existing in the Republic of Belarus is allowed to them;
