About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 and of September 17, 2014 No. 454

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 No. 261 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements, to both disabled people and the government public assistance to leaving" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2006, No. 42, Art. 2808; 2007, No. 79, Art. 2944; 2012, No. 23, the Art. 877) and of September 17, 2014 No. 454 "About realization of provisions of Article 122 of the Penitentiary code of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, the Art. 2179) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

Item 36 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements, to both disabled people and the government public assistance to leaving, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 2, 2005 No. 261 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2006, No. 42, Art. 2808; 2007, No. 79, Art. 2944; 2012, No. 23, to the Art. 877) to state in the following edition:
"36. Convicts have the right to purpose of the public assistance which in the presence of the appropriate right is appointed by bodies of work and social protection of the population in the place of serving-faced punishments.
