About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About public service" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 166, No. 6, Art. 429; 2010, No. 3, Art. 158; 2011, No. 6, Art. 452; 2012, No. 8, Art. 834, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1008; 2013, No. 7, Art. 542, No. 12, Art. 905; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 425) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 13 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The citizen accepted on public service shall no later than fifteen-day term from the date of revenues to public service transfer to other person the share in the authorized (share) capital of the commercial organizations belonging to it on the basis of the right of trust management.".

2. To add parts 2 of article 14 after words of "government employees" with the words "the list of the documents which are filed".

3. Regarding 1 Article 23:

- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-the terminations of citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, acquisition of nationality of foreign state or departure out of limits of the Republic of Tajikistan on permanent residence;";

- the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-introductions in legal force of conviction of court;";

- to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"-introductions in legal force of the judgment about legal incapacity or recognition of the government employee incapacitated;".

4. Regarding 1 Article 27:

- to add the paragraph of "public service", the sixth after words, with words ", including with the personal record";
