About modification of the Regulations on the Central form committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

According to the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of updating and effective implementation and development of form system of providing healthcare institutions of Ukraine with medicines I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the Central form committee of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 22, 2009 No. 529, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 29, 2009 on No. 1007/17023, which are applied.

2. To management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products (Keda Yu. M.) submit this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of Shafransky V. V.

4. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
