1. Suspend application of punishment in the form of capital punishment in the Republic of Tajikistan for making of the crimes provided by Articles 104 parts 2, 138 parts 3, 179 parts 3, 398 and 399 Criminal codes of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also execution of capital punishment and other, related rules, provided by Articles 19, of 21, of 23, of 25, of 78, of 100, of 127, of 129, of 131, of 133, 214-222 Codes of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. During suspension of application of capital punishment to determine imprisonment for a period of twenty five years.
