Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About natural monopolies" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, Art. 168; 2008, No. 10, Art. 814; 2013, No. 12, Art. 899) following amendments:
1. "Services on" to add paragraphs of the first and second part one of article 5 after words with the word "production".
2. Third article 14 parts two after the word "monopolies" to add the paragraph with words ", except for rates for electrical and heat energy".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
