Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About the security market" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 456; 2014, No. 3, Art. 151) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"-stock exchange - the legal entity created in form of business of joint-stock company, performing organizational support of the biddings by securities and rendering the services promoting transactions with securities by use of system of the biddings of stock exchange;";

- add with the paragraph the forty first the following content:

2. In Article 4:

- respectively to consider parts 2-11 parts 3-12.

3. In Article 5:

- add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Nominal value of bonds the resident issuer can be also expressed in foreign currency. The cost of these bonds on date of issue shall not be below the minimal nominal value of bonds provided by part 2 of this Article.";
