About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2013 No. 40

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for approval by the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of offers of state bodies and other state organizations, authorized to manage the stocks (shares in authorized funds) of economic societies owned by the Republic of Belarus, about appointment of representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies and line item of representatives of the state on the questions requiring approval of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2013 No. 40 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.11. 2013, 8/28045), following changes:
1.1. in Item 6:
1.1.1. subitem 6.1 in paragraph one
words of "release of additional shares" shall be replaced with words "share issues of additional release";
words of "sources of own means" shall be replaced with words "equity";
1.1.2. in subitem 6.2:
in paragraphs one and the fourth words of "release of additional shares" shall be replaced with words "share issues of additional release";
