About modification of Item 9 of the Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 9 of the Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2008 No. 510 "About Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 28, the Art. 3382).

Add Item 9 with paragraphs of the following content:
"The commission has the right to make decisions by holding absentee voting. The decision on holding absentee voting is made by the commission chairman.
In case of decision making about holding absentee voting members of the commission are without fail notified on it with indication of the term to which they can provide in writing opinion on the question which is brought up for correspondence voting.
When holding absentee voting the decision is made unanimously by the members of the commission who took part in such vote. At the same time the number of the members of the commission who participated in absentee voting shall constitute at least a half of her members, including members of the commission from federal executive body in the field of safety and federal executive body in the field of defense. In case of lack of the unanimous decision on the question which is brought up for correspondence voting, the decision on it is made on commission session in the procedure established by this Provision.
The decision made by correspondence voting is drawn up by the protocol which is signed by the commission chairman or on its specifying the vice-chairman of the Commission.".
