Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market (the relation during transition period) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2015 No. 758, changes which are applied.

1. In Item 10 of the word "it is performed according to the agreement" shall be replaced with words "it is performed at the regulated wholesale price calculated taking into account the formula determined by Item 12 of this provision according to the agreement".
2. In paragraphs second and third Item 11 of the word and figure "in appendices 1 and 2" shall be replaced with words also in figure "in appendix 1".
3. In Item 14 shall be replaced with words the word of NKREKP "according to the legislation".
