The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

proceeding from mutual interest in deepening and cooperation increase between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation within Eurasian economic integration,

in view of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on December 23, 2014

considering need of adaptation of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic to conditions of the contractual legal base of the Eurasian Economic Union,

being guided by article 3 of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about development of economic cooperation in the conditions of Eurasian economic integration of May 29, 2014,
