About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543-XIII of February 25, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 44-46, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Item d) parts (Article 3 to add 1) with words "bodies and territorial bureaus of National council on the legal aid guaranteed by the state.".
2. Item b) parts (to add 2.3) Articles 6 with words ", territorial bureau of National council on the legal aid guaranteed by the state;".
3. Part (Article 8 to state 3) in the following edition:
"(3) Access to Central Bank of data of the inventory of real estate for bodies of the central public management and the bodies subordinated to them, for bodies of local public authority, degrees of jurisdiction, legal executives, territorial bureaus of National council on the legal aid guaranteed by the state, the bodies of prosecutor's office, tax authorities and bodies keeping specialized inventories is free. Operating costs on provision of the cadastral information on paper to the specified bodies, except bodies of local public authority, become covered by them from the means of the government budget provided in account part of the budget of data of bodies or from other means, stipulated by the legislation. The costs connected with provision of information to bodies of local public authority become covered from means of the local budget.".
Art. II. – In part (2) Article 96 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225-XV of May 30, 2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 130-134, 415), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words the words "are transfered to account territorial office of National council on the legal aid guaranteed by the state."
