1. Item 3 parts two of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 24, the Art. 883, No. 26, Art. 901; 2015, 46, the Art. 414) after the words "National Guard of Ukraine" to add No. with the words "National Police of Ukraine".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
