Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 27, 2014 No. 172 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 4, 2014 No. 64" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 04.03. 2014, 5/38495) following changes and amendment:
