Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1240 "About procedure and the amount of compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of Council of Ministers of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7058; 2013, No. 20, Art. 2504; 2015, No. 1, Art. 257; No. 35, Art. 4983; No. 43, Art. 5978).
